Monique found herself in front of the stove by the age of 4, when she learned to scramble her first egg. Since then, she's had an insatiable hunger to experience the world and express herself through the art of cooking.
Monique's culinary inspiration draws from her extensive time abroad. Harvesting olives in the Tuscan hillside, traipsing through coffee farms in Costa Rica and a lifetime of deep sea fishing with her dad fed her passion for simple recipes with quality ingredients, fresh from the source.
Her finest days are spent with those she loves most around a table full of delicious small plates.
