Begin by chopping all of the fresh herbs, tomatoes, and cheese, if needed. Combine in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the tomato mixture and toss to coat. We suggest covering and refrigerating for at least one hour before serving.
Add avocados just before serving. Toss and enjoy!
