Before the Farm Box program and recipes, Soul Miner's Eden started by simply growing natural lettuce in hydroponic greenhouses. Why? Because we're passionate about sustainable agriculture and our community. We provide quality, local greens to conscious restaurants, purveyors and consumers throughout the Athens, Georgia market.
