Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping and processing to the continental United States on any product that is eligible to be shipped! Products eligible to be shipped include our packaged liquid products, Bloom and Roost. Shipments outside of the continental United States are subject to additional shipping charges, determined at checkout. 

After purchase, it takes us 1-2 days to process an order. Orders ship 1-2 days after purchase. Shipping time is determined by UPS- you will receive a UPS tracking number when you order. 

  • We strive to ship all orders either same day or next day for orders received after 10am.
  • If an item is on backorder due to the raw goods supply chain or other unusual circumstances, we will contact you within 3 business days to let you know the status of your order.
  • We ship via UPS for ground and FEDEx LTL Freight deliveries.
  • We will ship via USPS on special circumstance.
  • All items are processed through our inventory system, then to a shipping system. The shipping system will produce the label, tracking number and email notifications.
  • We do not ship our produce items. They are available for free pickup at our office, 189 Luke Rd. Bogart, GA 30622. Produce items include herb bundles, vegetables, live plants and anything we grow on our farm. Produce items can be picked up from our office on Thursdays from 3 pm - 5 pm and Fridays from 9 am - 5 pm EST. Our office is open from 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.

    Return Policy

    Your business is greatly appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original invoice and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you.* This does not include shipping and handling charges.

    Please email or call (706)619-1866 if you would like a refund. One of our customer service representatives will reply in 1-2 business days with a refund option for you.

    Our liquid products (Bloom and Roost) as well as our farm/produce items can be refunded but not returned. 

    * Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged, or incorrect are not returnable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Because of the possibility of typographical or human error, Soul Miner's Eden disclaims responsibility for errors.

    Soul Miner's Eden also disclaims responsibility for the use or misuse of products. The manufacturers label should always be followed. Comments and statements regarding products on this website are intended to be correct and accurate, but the customer should be guided solely by their own judgment and opinion coupled with professional veterinary advice which should be sought in animal health matters.
